Rohit Sharma is Kagiso Rabada’s bunny, Aakash Chopra
Former Indian opener Aakash Chopra said that Kagiso Rabada has Rohit Sharma’s number in Test cricket. He has dismissed the Indian batter 8 times in 12 innings.
Aakash Chopra shed light on Rohit’s struggles against the rival pacer.
“Kagiso Rabada has Rohit Sharma’s number. He has dismissed him a couple of times and Rohit looked clueless against him in the first Test. Rohit couldn’t handle Rabada,” he said.
Chopra also spoke about the young batters.
“Yashasvi Jaiswal got good deliveries. Shubman Gill was not upto the mark. He needs to better his game in overseas conditions. Shreyas Iyer is still not ready to play in SENA countries. He plays very well in one-day internationals. I feel he will play the fifty-over format well anywhere.”
