Rashid Khan completed 600 wickets in T20 cricket and thanked his fans for their support. He picked up two wickets for Trent Rockets against Manchester Originals in The Hundred on Monday, July 29.
The leg-spinner is the only second bowler to scrip the milestone. The 25-year-old competed in 441 matches to reach the milestone.

Rashid is behind West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo, who has taken 630 scalps in 578 matches.
Sunil Narine, with 557 wickets in 519 games, is in the third spot. Imran Tahir (502 wickets) and Shakib Al Hasan (492) occupy the fourth and fifth spots.
Rashid plays for several T20 franchises worldwide. He is a part of Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League.
He loves challenges against the top batters. “I try to make things harder for the batters. when I face a batter for the second time, I know about his mindse and what to do against him.”
Afghanistan made it to the semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 under his captaincy. They defeated New Zealand and Australia in the tournament.
