Sanjay Bangar, a former cricketer and now a commentator, predicted that Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will emerge victorious against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Match 43 of the Indian Premier League 2025. CSK and SRH are ninth and tenth in the points table after two wins out of eight matches. They started the 18th season with wins, but the two failed in the remaining games.
Bangar believes CSK would beat Hyderabad due to their strong spin department. He also mentioned the Chennai are now providing opportunity to younger players.
“I’m confident CSK will come out on top against SRH. The key will be CSK’s spin strength, supported by MSD. The team has started giving preference to young cricketers. SRH, however, has been inconsistent,” Bangar said on JioHotstar.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) hold a clear advantage over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in their head-to-head record, having won 16 out of the 22 encounters between the two teams. Furthermore, CSK are unbeaten at home against Hyderabad, having won all five matches at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium.
CSK are considered the clear favourites for the upcoming match, owing to their impressive track record.
