According to a report by Economic Times, Anaya will be one of the contestants in the new season of Bigg Boss, which starts on August 24. “For the first time, I’m sharing the scientific report that tracks my journey as a trans woman athlete. Over the past year, I’ve undergone detailed physiological assessments since beginning hormone therapy. This report reflects the actual, measurable effects of my transition—it’s not based on opinions or assumptions, but on data,” Anaya says in a video.
“I’m submitting this to the BCCI and ICC with complete transparency and hope. My sole intention is to initiate a conversation rooted in facts, not fear, and to create space, not division. Whether you agree or not, I appreciate you for witnessing this,” she added.
“Science kehta hai main women’s cricket ke liye eligible hoon. Ab sawaal yeh hai kya duniya tayyar hai sach sunne ke liye? (Science confirms that I am eligible to compete in women’s cricket. The real question is, is the world ready to embrace this truth?) ” Anaya wrote in the video caption.
