The KSCA XI featured U-19 and U-23 players. Arjun, who is the son of former captain of India National Cricket Team captain Sachin Tendulkar, managed 9 for 87 across both innings. In the first innings, he took 5 for 41 as Karnataka were dismissed for 103 in 36.5 overs. On the other hand, Goa posted 413, with Abhinav Tejrana (109) and Manthan Khutkar making useful contributions with the bat.
In the second innings, the KSCA XI amassed just 121 in 30.4 overs, with Tendulkar dismissing four batters and conceded 46 runs. Arjun Tendulkar has been a part of 49 matches across all formats, taking 68 wickets, including 21 scalps from 13 first-class matches..
He plays for Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League. Arjun made his IPL debut lasy year and has taken three wickets in five matches so far. He is looking forward to the upcoming domestic season in India to impress the selectors.
