This particular model can handle speeds between 0.6 and 3.8 MPH, making it great for anyone who wants to walk at a slow pace without amping up into a run. It has a non-slip belt for staying steady and balanced, it’s layered with silicone to reduce impact on muscles, ankles and joints, and it has two front wheels to help move it around your space.

“This walking pad was so simple to get set up, take it out of the box and plug it in, done! It isn’t as light as I thought it would be, but I can still move it around.
