“I’m not gonna lie, I’ve tried a lot of different brands. From generic brand at walgreens to the more expensive crest 3d lightening strips. There will be some white spots on your teeth (as the package says) but that went away by the next morning. I’ve only tried this once and i would say it brightened my teeth by like 3 shades.
