The B2B Marketing Exchange is On the Move

After many years of fun under the Scottsdale sun, the B2B Marketing Exchange is making big moves to the Golden State. It was a difficult decision to make, but the team and I agreed it’s time for a change of scenery.

If you’re new here, I’m Klaudia Tirico and I am the Content Director for the B2B Marketing Exchange events, aka #B2BMX. This event, hosted by Demand Gen Report and powered by EmeraldX, is the premier event series designed for B2B marketing and sales professionals seeking to innovate and elevate their strategies. B2BMX has become a key destination for B2B practitioners to come together to learn, network and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Next year, we’re bringing the B2B marketing magic to a brand-new location: the Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA, from March 9-11, 2026. Save the date and get ready for fresh insights, expanded networking opportunities, and an inspiring setting to take your marketing strategies to the next level. We’re super stoked!

Why Carlsbad, California?

You might be thinking… where is Carlsbad and why are we moving there? Since #B2BMX is hosted in Q1, we wanted to bring the event to another delightful location with coastal charm, natural beauty, and cultural attractions. And if you’re on the East Coast like me, you’ll appreciate a little warmth in the winter.

Carlsbad is a coastal city located in northern San Diego County, Southern California, along the Pacific Ocean. It’s approximately 30 miles north of downtown San Diego, and part of the San Diego metropolitan area known for its beautiful beaches, charming village atmosphere, and popular attractions like LEGOLAND California and The Flower Fields.

The Omni La Costa Resort Is a Vibe

If you’ve attended B2BMX in the past, you’ve enjoyed the luxurious vibes of the many Scottsdale resorts that hosted us. So, we knew we had to keep the same vibe for 2026. The Omni La Costa Resort gives us just that! Spanning over 400 acres, Omni La Costa offers a variety of accommodations, including over 600 guest rooms and villas.

Here are just a few things we love about it:

Golf & Recreation: The resort boasts two award-winning 18-hole golf courses. It features eight swimming pools, including family-friendly options like the Beach Family Pool and Splash Landing water play area. Additionally, the resort offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, and a full-service spa.

Family-Friendly Amenities: Families are well-catered for with the Kidtopia Kids Club, a 6,000-square-foot facility offering programs for children aged 6 months to 12 years. Activities include arts and crafts, a seven-foot treehouse, and a saltwater aquarium. So bring the kids and enjoy some family fun before or after B2BMX concludes. Plus, LEGOLAND is right around the corner!
