Mindy Kaling Dazzles In A Golden Gown From Designer Rahul Mishra’s Spring 2025 Collection

For her recent appearance on the red carpet, Mindy Kaling opted for a golden gown by Rahul Mishra. The gown was from the designer’s Couture Spring 2025 collection – The Pale Blue Dot.

Mindy Kaling recently made a dazzling appearance on the red carpet. The comedian attended the premiere of Running Point at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles. For her red carpet-appearance, she opted for a golden ensemble by ace fashion designer Rahul Mishra.

Designer Rahul Mishra took to his Instagram and shared pictures of Mindy Kaling’s recent red carpet look. The actor and comedian wore the gilded gown from the designer’s Couture Spring 2025 collection – ‘The Pale Blue Dot’. Sharing the pictures, he also shared some history behind the dress.

Mishra wrote, “A symbol of hope, the gown is realised in over 1600 hours at the brand’s atelier in Noida. It features traditional Indian embroidery surfaces adorned with glass bugle beads, mother of pearl, metallic sequins and dangling brass leaves to articulate the designer’s idea of nature’s resurgence from a dark time.”

Styled by Erin Walsh, the golden gown was adorned with sequins and embellishments. The sleeveless gown came with a demure round neckline. To further elevate the look, the gown was adorned with gold leaf appliqués at the sheath skirt. Kaling ditched any maximalist accessory and only went with simple rings and earrings.

For the glam, she opted for a gold and bronze eyeshadow to define her eyes. This colour palette complemented the colours of the gilded dress. She also added mascara and eyeliner to add some drama to her eyes. She added a hint of pink blush to add a flush of colour. She styled her hair in loose waves and left them loose. She completed her look with a classic brown glossy lip and looked divine on the red carpet.
