Mansory’s Lambo Revuelto Proves That Too Much Is Never Quite Enough

Called the Mansory Initiate, the electrified supercar gains sharper aerodynamics and 54 extra horsepower from its V12 engine

It’s hard to believe anyone could look at a Lamborghini Revuelto, and think, This needs more attention. But Mansory , never one to shy away from throwing its signature cocktail of carbon fiber and chaos at anything with wheels, has done just that. Meet the Mansory Initiate: the tuner’s first crack at the plug-in hybrid V12, complete with sharper lines, a power bump, and enough carbon fiber to rival a Boeing factory.

As a follow-up to the over-the-top Mansory Carbonado and Cabrera, the Initiate feels almost… restrained. For Mansory, anyway. Its carbon fiber bodykit doesn’t stray far from the already aggressive stock Lamborghini Revuelto, it just exaggerates the sharp edges and dramatic angles, ensuring you’ll be seen from infinity and beyond.

At the front, the Revuelto gains a vented hood made entirely of carbon fiber, alongside a sharper splitter and bumper extensions. The redesigned side skirts feature integrated vents and fins, and there is a new garnish on the Z-shaped cooling intakes.

But the pièce de résistance has to be the diffuser. This thing is so big and aggressive, it looks like it was stolen from a future prototype for a Revuelto SVJ. And just in case you didn’t know who to thank for this madness, there’s a bright yellow Mansory emblem slapped right on it. Finally, a custom spoiler extension and engine cover feature the same exposed carbon fiber finish.

The Mansory Initiate rides on a new set of FV.10 lightweight forged wheels with ten spokes and diameters of 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear. The wheels are fitted with sticky tires measuring 265/30 ZR21 at the front and 355/25 ZR22 at the rear.

Inside, Mansory continues its usual theme of “if you can dream it, we’ll upholster it.” The display car features leather and suede with gold accents on the seats, stitching, and emblems, in case someone needed to remind you this is expensive.

A Minor Power Bump

Moving on to the performance upgrades, the output of the 6.5-liter V12 has been increased by 54 hp (40 kW) to 868 hp (647 kW / 880 PS), while torque gains 35 Nm (26 lb-ft) to 760 Nm (561 lb-ft). The dual electric motors of the plug-in hybrid powertrain remain unchanged, contributing to a combined output of 1,055 hp (787 kW / 1,070 PS).

The performance improvements are minor but respectable: the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint drops to 2.4 seconds (a whopping 0.1-second improvement), while top speed is rated at 354 km/h (220 mph). Mansory insists the extra power makes a difference, though we suspect most buyers will be more interested in how it looks parked outside Nobu.

There’s no word on the cost of these upgrades, but with this much carbon fiber, you can bet it won’t come cheap. Based on Mansory’s track record, it wouldn’t be surprising if even more extreme variants of the Lamborghini Revuelto roll out in the coming years.
