Designed by celebrity-favourite Manish Malhotra, the custom piece displayed an enchanting ombre of soft pink, pale blue, lilac and pastel yellow hues. The delicate floral motifs on the saree were accentuated by signature Kashmiri embroidery. Fine resham threadwork along the border and pallu added pizzaz to Janhvi’s look. A sprinkling of Swarovski crystals brought the bling.
Janhvi Kapoor paired the drape with a sheer blouse featuring full-length sleeves and intricately embroidered 3D blooms on the front, complete with birds and Swarovski button details on the back. Sharing a series of captivating photos on Instagram, Janhvi humorously captioned, “Felt like eating some cassata but wore one instead.”

For her makeup, Janhvi chose a soft, dewy look with a flawless base and subtle blush on her cheeks. She kept her eyes neutral with nude eyeshadow, feathered brows, kohled eyes, winged eyeliner and mascara-coated lashes. Nude lipstick and a glowing highlighter enhanced her features. Janhvi’s voluminous hair was styled in soft curls.
