The film’s official trailer, which was released on June 26, features Fatima Sana Shaikh draped in an array of sarees. The versatile actor has not only proved her acting prowess over the years but also has the potential to become the next style icon.
Embracing the Indian saree like a true Bollywood actor, Fatima, who was styled by Namrata Deepak, looked ethereal in the statement drape from Raw Mango. Fatima looked poised yet playful as she interacted with the media during the trailer launch event.
Fatima’s look featured the Sumukhi gulkand pink sari in satin silk. Apart from the stunning hue of the drape, the saree is further enhanced by a floral toran, gathered at repeating intervals along the palla. The design features mogra floral butas in zardozi embroidery with tikki and kangna. The intricate thread work, colour palette and subtle shimmer make this statement piece a perfect cocktail saree for the wedding season.
The bright hue and intricate placement of the shimmery embroidery detailing added timeless allure to Fatima’s style quotient. Fatima paired the saree with the Gulshan gulkand pink sleeveless blouse in silk satin.
Complementing her vibrant saree were the Amrapali Jewels and Tribe by Amrapali earrings and rings that added a hint of Bollywood diva drama to her overall stylish look. Fatima’s understated glam was done by celebrity makeup artist Disha Solanki.
