CBRE Thailand Selected as Sole Agent for APAC Tower

Bangkok – November 21, 2023 – CBRE Thailand was appointed by APAC Land Co., Ltd. as the sole leasing agent for APAC Tower, located at the corner of Ekkamai road. This mixed-use project is a Grade A+ office building with premium retail on 4.5 Rai of land, with 32-storys and a direct link to Ekkamai BTS station. The project is targeting LEED Gold, Fitwel 3-star and WiredScore pre-certified at Platinum level.
