EDO at ITC Gardenia has reopened with a striking new identity, reimagining Japan’s beloved izakaya culture for Bengaluru. The refreshed menu features authentic yet playful Japanese flavours from silky black cod and robata skewers to wasabi crème brûlée and matcha tres leches. Its beverage program draws inspiration from Japanese anime, paired with premium Japanese pours for a unique cocktail experience. The vibrant setting blends pop art, open sushi and robata counters, and breezy terrace dining, creating an immersive atmosphere. EDO celebrates tradition with a contemporary edge, bringing the rhythm and energy of Tokyo’s after-work dining scene to the heart of the city.
