These tithis, Krishna Amavasya and Shukla Pratipada, are deemed inauspicious for beginning significant activities, as they fall under ashubh Muhurta timings. On this day, only one festival, Ishti, will be observed.

Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated this year from September 7 to September 17. This festival marks the birth of Lord Ganesh, who is believed to have been born during the Shukla Paksha of the Bhadrapada month. The Madhyahna Ganesha Puja Muhurat is set to take place from 11:03 AM to 1:34 PM on the day of the celebration.
