This scenic beach is the perfect place to visit this summer and it is home to stunning coastal views. The north Wales spot is one that tourists travel from far and wide to visit, it has become a well-known gem in the area and it’s hardly surprising to see people love it there so much.

Due to its increasing popularity, Abersoch’s beach huts have been known to sell for a huge £153k. The popular former fishing port on the beautiful Llŷn Peninsula is a pretty village and popular tourist destination famed for its glorious walks, harbour and boat trips. 

Property is so sought after there that even one of its beach huts sold at auction in 2016 for a record £153,000, reports Wales Online.

If you’re wondering what to do in the area, you can walk along the Wales Coastal Path or try the Cim Farm Circular Walk, a 3.2-mile trek that includes some spectacular views of St Tudwal’s Islands.

One person who visited its beach on Tripadvisor said: “Lovely views from beaches, plenty of places around to visit. Some good places for lunches and dinners in the evening.”

Another penned: “We were most impressed with Abersoch Beach and enjoyed our swim in its crystal clear water. 

“There is a really nice vibe about this beach, and it’s perfect for couples and families as well as novice paddleboarders and Kayakers.”

There’s plenty of other things to do in the area other than visiting the beach. You can visit the ruined stone hill fort at the summit of Carn Fadryn and experience one of the first examples of a Welsh stone castle in Gwynedd.

Or, if this is not to your liking, you can visit Plas Glyn-Y-Weddw. The contemporary art gallery is based within a Victorian Gothic mansion and its beautiful grounds are fascinating to see.

According to Rightmove, house prices in Abersoch had an overall average of £581,250 over the last year.
