The dates of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 are likely to clash with those of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 due to international matches of the Men in Green. The PSL is played in February and March, with the IPL starting at the end of March.
However, due to the busy itinerary, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is thinking of organising its premier T20 competition in April and May next year.
PCB doesn’t want the PSL to clash with the national team’s matches. Similar dates for the IPL and PSL could impact the participation of overseas players, as several leading stars compete in both leagues.
Meanwhile, Pakistan will play a two-match Test series against Bangladesh in August and September. This will be followed by three Tests against England from October 7 to October 28.
Pakistan will then take on Australia in three ODIs and as many T20Is. In November and December, the subcontinent team will travel to Zimbabwe for three ODIs and three T20Is.
Pakistan will face South Africa in three T20Is, three ODIs and two Tests in December and January.
