Clari Teams Up With Deloitte To Enhance Revenue Strategies

Clari, a revenue platform, formed a strategic alliance with Deloitte Digital to combine Clari’s Revenue Cadences and Deloitte Digital’s Sales Excellence practice to help improve revenue processes.

The two companies will collaborate on service offerings designed to assist enterprises in capturing more revenue by creating consistent, repeatable operational processes. Deloitte Digital will instrument these revenue cadences on Clari’s platform with the goal of automating manual work and providing revenue teams with insights and suggested actions.

“For too long, revenue leaders have struggled with disconnected legacy systems and loose processes in the pursuit of answering the most critical questions in their business,” said R.J. Filipski, Global VP Ecosystem and Alliances at Clari, in a statement. “Together with Deloitte Digital, we are raising the bar by delivering the platform and playbook for the future of revenue for all revenue-critical employees across every B2B industry.”

Earlier this year, Clari added several new features its RevAI functionality, which is designed to leverage predictive and generative AI to improve revenue collection processes by automatically identifying and executing actions to help improve conversion and close rates.

Specifically, the recent enhancements include:

• Ask Clari, which allows revenue teams to ask any question of their Clari Copilot call recordings and instantly generates answers based on customer and prospect conversations;
• Smart Follow Ups, which instantly generates emails in Groove Actions based on formatted call summaries, next steps and suggested actions;
• Smart Chapters that provide visual, time-stamped representations of all major topics discussed in each call; and
• Smart Feed, which aggregates call and meetings snippets into a single feed.
