Chuck Todd Says Trump Is ‘Clearly Hiding’ Health Issues

The former moderator of “Meet the Press” said the president was “clearly hiding something about his health” while talking to fellow journalist Chris Cillizza for the Tuesday episode of their joint podcast.

There are “visible signs” the commander in chief is likely contending with major health concerns, Todd said.

“Now, they appear to be old people health issues, particularly for old people that are out of shape and don’t care of themselves,” the NBC alum continued, mentioning that Trump could be dealing with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or something “related.”

Addressing the bruises that have recently appeared on the president’s hands, Todd suggested they were “likely a side effect” of a blood-thinning medication or something similar.

As Trump kept out of the public eye through most of the holiday weekend, people speculated that he had died.

At the White House on Tuesday, Trump told reporters he hadn’t heard the rumors about his demise when Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked about them.

Yet Trump had already appeared to address the hearsay with a Sunday post on Truth Social, where he announced that he’d “NEVER FELT BETTER” in his entire life.
