Highway Infra to raise ₹130 crore via IPO

The company plans to use the proceeds to bolster its working capital and meet general corporate requirements

Highway Infrastructure plans to raise ₹130 crore through Initial Public Offering. The issue has been priced at ₹65 and ₹70 per equity share.

The company will issue fresh equity of ₹97 crore and an offer for sale of ₹32 crore.

As of May, the company reported an order book of ₹666 crore, with ₹59 crore attributed to toll collection and ₹607 crore from its EPC infrastructure business.

In the last financial year, toll collection contributed 77 per cent of the company’s total revenue, while EPC projects made up 21 per cent, and the remaining came from real estate activities.

Pantomath Capital Advisors will be the book running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services is the registrar.

Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Highway Infrastructure said the proceeds from the issue will strengthen EPC operations, enhance tolling infrastructure and pursue growth opportunities in the infrastructure and real estate sectors.

As of FY25, the company registered revenue of ₹496 crore, EBITDA of ₹31 crore and net profit of ₹22 crore.
