If your circuit has limited space and you can’t change the size of your PCB, selecting a two-layer board with routing of Vcc and GND on the bottom side could be a good solution.
The assembly process for a double-sided SMT is similar to the general SMT process. It involves printing solder paste, placing the SMT components on the surface of the PCB, passing it through a reflow oven to melt the solder, and letting it cool to solidify it. The final product will be a fully functional and durable circuit board that can be used in your project.
